KnightingDrop is a curated gaming deals marketplace. We surface offers from our verified partner merchant network and link you directly to their secure checkout pages. The merchant is the seller of record — they process payment, fulfil the order, and issue your receipt.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. Some offers are region-specific; you are responsible for verifying regional eligibility before purchase.
Your purchase is governed by the merchant's own terms of sale, privacy policy, and refund policy. Review these documents on the merchant's site before completing a purchase. KnightingDrop is not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant and does not warrant the products, delivery times, or customer service of any third party.
We work to keep listings accurate, but prices, availability, stock, and regional restrictions can change without notice. The final price shown at the merchant's checkout is authoritative. When you click an outbound deal link, the merchant may set a short-lived tracking cookie used to attribute a referral to KnightingDrop if you purchase. See our affiliate disclosure for details.
All KnightingDrop branding, copy, layout, and code are the property of KnightingDrop and its licensors. Third-party trademarks, logos, game artwork, and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only.
The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnightingDrop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnightingDrop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of the Site or any third-party merchant accessed through it. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KnightingDrop and its operators from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
