By accessing or using KnightingDrop ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
KnightingDrop is a digital game key store. We are the seller of record for every order placed on the Site: we process your payment, fulfil the order, deliver your key, and issue your receipt.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. Some offers are region-specific; you are responsible for verifying regional eligibility before purchase.
Your purchase is governed by these terms, our privacy policy, and our refund policy. After payment confirms, your digital key is delivered to your account and to the email address on your account, usually within minutes. You are responsible for verifying the platform and region shown on the product page before purchase and before revealing a key.
We work to keep listings accurate, but prices, availability, stock, and regional restrictions can change without notice. The final price shown at checkout is authoritative — we re-verify the current price before charging you.
All KnightingDrop branding, copy, layout, and code are the property of KnightingDrop and its licensors. Third-party trademarks, logos, game artwork, and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only.
The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnightingDrop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnightingDrop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or lost data — arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KnightingDrop and its operators from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
