Legal
KnightingDrop respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, the third parties we work with, and what you can do about it. We designed the Site to collect as little personal data as possible — there is no account system and no sign-in.
We never store your full card details — payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. We never ask for government IDs. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We rely on: (a) contractual necessity, to process your orders and deliver your keys; (b) legitimate interest, for operating and securing the Site; and (c) consent, for optional analytics and marketing emails.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we hold so little data on any individual, these requests are usually resolved in a single email. Contact us at tyler@knightingdrop.com.
We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You have the right to know what we hold about you, to request deletion, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email us at the address above to exercise these rights.
Contact form messages and order records are kept for up to 24 months for support purposes. Aggregate analytics are retained per our providers' defaults (Vercel retains for up to 12 months).
Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with our service providers.
The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe we hold data on a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged on the Site and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
